  • 1 food processor or kitchen whiz
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 sharp knife


  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 tbsp SR flour
  • 1/2 teasp salt
  • 1/4 teasp cayenne pepper
  • 125 gms tasty cheese
  • 25 gms parmesan cheese
  • 125 gms butter
  • 3 cloves black garlic finely diced with wet knife blade
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • place all ingredients into food processor and combine until well combined
  • tip mixture onto a sheet of baking paper and shape into a long roll. 30-35cm long
  • wrap in baking paper, then roll again in alfoil
  • refrigerate a minimum of 3 hours or overnight
  • cut roll into 5mm slices and place on baking trays
  • bake mod oven 15min or until golden.
