so so good! I started in 2017 roughly. in 2019 I ingested 4 per day at least 5 days per week. Inflammation marker 14 dropped from 24 in 2017. On 24 October my inflammation marker is 3! [4 ea day/365!] nowadays no joints pain. senior bloke am I.

I bought this product for the first time a couple years ago At the Kawana farmers market and it’s awesome. I keep a jar in the fridge. I use it in stews in stir fry’s and I put it on toast for my grandchildren in the morning and they love it. Awesome product
Never did I think I would enjoy Black Garlic …..tasting this I now never say never. It was strange to start with but now I love it. Add it in to all kinds of meals. I’d bought the 400 gram jar , smaller it would have been finished by now.
