Peanut Butter Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 Servings Noddles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter( creamy)
  • 1 tbsp Black garlic puree
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Red ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder or chilli flakes

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain the noodles and save around 2 cup of the cooking water. Set aside.
  • Mix all the sacue ingrendients together. And adding 1/3 of cooking noodles water. Adding more water as needed to reach your desired consistency. 
  • Combine the noodles and sauce. Serve with crushed peanuts and spring onion. Enjoy!
