Quick Stir-Fry Tofu Noddle

Ingredients

  • 2 Servings Noodles
  • 200 g Firm tofu, thinkly sliced
  • 100 g Broccolini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/3 Onion

Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Combine 2 tablespoons of the sauce mixture above and tofu. Set aside.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Within the last 2 minutes of cooking time, add broccolini. Drain well.
  • Heat olive oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until caramalised.
  • Add tofu and cook until golden about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the noodles, broccolini and remaining sauce mixture until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  • Garnished with parsley and sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy!
