Reduced sodium soy sauce

Black garlic puree

Instructions
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Combine 2 tablespoons of the sauce mixture above and tofu. Set aside.
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Within the last 2 minutes of cooking time, add broccolini. Drain well.
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until caramalised.
Add tofu and cook until golden about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the noodles, broccolini and remaining sauce mixture until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Garnished with parsley and sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy!
