Black Garlic Sesame Noodle

Ingredients

  • 2 serving Noodle (I prefer Soba or undo)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Black garlic puree
  • 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red ginger powder
  • some Sesame seeds
  • some Spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Baby spinach

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions in a large pot. Once cooked drain them and set aside.
  • Mix black garlic puree, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red ginger powder in a bowl.
  • Combine the noodles with the sauce and baby spinach together.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds and spring onion and serve.
