Black Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 6 Black Garlic peeled cloves (diced finely)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, peppers, mushrooms—whatever you have on hand
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

Instructions

  • Heating up 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
  • Add black garlic peeled cloves along with cooked white rice and stir for about 5 minutes until the rice is heated through.
  • Add 2 beaten eggs along with chopped vegetables. Cook until the eggs are scrambled throughout the mixture.
  • Finally, season your fried rice with soy sauce or tamari before serving hot!
