Black garlic puree

Chilli powder (or chilli flakes)

Spring onions, finely chopped

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook the noodle according to packet instructions.. Once cooked drain and untangle with the fingers and set aside.
Put the black garlic puree and chilli powder in a bowl. Heat up the oil and then add into the bowl.
Add the noodle, salt and pepper in the bowl and mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion on the top of the noodle. Enjoy.
