Ingredients

Soy Sauce

Olive oil

Red ginger powder

Honey

Black garlic puree

Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Add the meat or veggies to the bowl, then mix well.
Pour meat/veggie & marinade into a ziplock bag, then allow to rest in the fridge.
Remove the black garlic steak sauce from the fridge 30mins before cooking.
Notes
Add the Black Garlic Streak Sauce marinade to a hot (well oiled) grill or pan.
