remove puff pastry sheets from freezer and lay flat
peel, core apples and dice into small pieces
place apples into a mixing bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon
blend honey and black garlic together then add to apples with almond slithers
spread mixture evenly over puff pastry sheets leaving a boarder along the top and bottom (long side)
brush a little water on the top boarder to ensure pastry forms a seal
roll up into a long sausage finishing at the top boarder, sealed edge down
brush with milk to form a nice glaze
slice each roll into 10 to 12 slices and lay flat on baking tray cut side down
bake 180C 20 mins or until pastry is golden
remove from oven, cool slightly, dust with icing sugar and serve warm
