Vegan Cheese Sauce

Also know as cashew cheese or nutritional yeast cheese sauce is vegan or vegos best friend.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts Soaked in water for at least 20 minutes (ideally overnight).
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp black garlic puree
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • After the cashew nuts have soaked over night - removed them from the water and place them into a blender.
  • Add the other ingredients into the bowl / blender.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping to stir occasionally.
  • Place into a glass jar & store in the fridge.
