Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

Salad, you can change or add any veggie you like

  • 1 large cos lettuce
  • 50 g bagel crisps
  • 1 large avocado, sliced thickly
  • 20 g black garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 40 g parmesan cheese flakes

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large anchovy fillet, chopped finely
  • ¾ cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp finely grated pamesan cheese

Instructions

  • Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl
  • Combine tom lettuce, broken bagel crisps, avocado and chicken in a large bowl.
    Serve drizzled with dressing and sprinkled with cheese.
