Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato, chopped coarsely
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tbsp Black garlic paste
  • 100 g red onion, chopped coarsely
  • 2 cup cos lettuce, or any veggie you prefer
  • 500 g shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Combine tomato, avocado, onion, lettuce, black garlic paste and chicken in large bowl.
  • Heat one tortilla in microwave about 20 seconds or until just flexible.
  • Top tortilla with about an eighth of the chicken filling; roll to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas and chicken filling.
