Kales leaves or simular green leaf vegetable

Gruyere Cheese
Instructions
Preheat grill and line baking tray with foil
Saute mushrooms and kale or suitabe green leaves 3-5 mins
Place bread slices on prepared baking tray and toast on 1 side
Turn bread over and spread with Black Garlic Puree
Top with mushrooms & kale and finely grated cheese
Cook under grill for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden
Serve immediatey.
Notes
Delicious, quick and easy Sunday night dinner. Or cut into fingers and eat as an accompaniment with a hot bowl of soup. Yum!
