1. 10g – 20g Ceremonial Cacao Beans(1 – 3 Tbsp): Our product uses 100% premium, organic whole-bean cacao, ensuring maximum health benefits from minimally processed beans. 

2. 200ml of plant-based milk or water  (cow or soy will stop your body from absorbing minerals)

3. Natural sweeteners (optional): Honey, coconut sugar, or maple syrup.

3. Herbs & spices (optional, for extra flavour and benefits if you like):  Ginger, cinnamon, maca powder, cayenne pepper, vanilla, or cardamom etc.

How to Make Ceremonial Cacao

 1. Measure 1 – 3 tbsp (10-20g) ceremonial cacao beans into a saucepan. 

2. Add the plant-based milk or water, and all other optional ingredients you like.  

3. Whisk over low heat (Ideal under 80 degrees) until completely melted & smooth.
