Black Garlic, Mushroom & Cheese Toasies

Super Quick & Easy Sunday Night Dinner (or any other night of the week 😉

  • 4 slices Multigrain Bread
  • 2 tblsn Black Garlic Puree
  • 400 gms Mushrooms
  • 4 Kales leaves or simular green leaf vegetable
  • 80 gms Gruyere Cheese


  • Preheat grill and line baking tray with foil
  • Saute mushrooms and kale or suitabe green leaves 3-5 mins
  • Place bread slices on prepared baking tray and toast on 1 side
  • Turn bread over and spread with Black Garlic Puree
  • Top with mushrooms & kale and finely grated cheese
  • Cook under grill for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden
  • Serve immediatey.


Delicious, quick and easy Sunday night dinner.  Or cut into fingers and eat as an accompaniment with a hot bowl of soup.  Yum!
