Black Garlic in this recipe adds a lovely balsamic flavour
Black Garlic, Mushroom & Cheese Toasies
Super Quick & Easy Sunday Night Dinner (or any other night of the week 😉
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 4 slices Multigrain Bread
- 2 tblsn Black Garlic Puree
- 400 gms Mushrooms
- 4 Kales leaves or simular green leaf vegetable
- 80 gms Gruyere Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill and line baking tray with foil
- Saute mushrooms and kale or suitabe green leaves 3-5 mins
- Place bread slices on prepared baking tray and toast on 1 side
- Turn bread over and spread with Black Garlic Puree
- Top with mushrooms & kale and finely grated cheese
- Cook under grill for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden
- Serve immediatey.
Notes
Delicious, quick and easy Sunday night dinner. Or cut into fingers and eat as an accompaniment with a hot bowl of soup. Yum!
